Ingredients

15 ml rosemary simple syrup

7.5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 drops floral bitters

30 ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

60 ml Donkey Jack gin

Half freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, strained
Directions
Add the grapefruit and lemon juices, St Germain, Donkey Jack gin, Rosemary simple syrup into a shaker; shake!
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Add a dash of floral bitters
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary
And you are ready to slurp!
Recipe Note
Oh! And you can make the Rosemary simple syrup really easily too! Just add 50g of refined sugar, a couple of sprigs of rosemary and 50ml of water to a pan and heat gently. Don't overheat, just make sure that the sugar dissolves. I left mine for about 5 minutes on a gentle heat. Then store in a bottle and add in fresh rosemary sprigs. Looks good, doesn't need to be kept in the fridge.... Perfect!
