Directions
In a cocktail shaker, add the Chow Hound Gin
Add in the Chamomile syrup and the fresh lemon
Add most of the raspberries, retaining one or two for the garnish; muddle
Add in the black peppercorns
Top up the shaker with ice and shake
In your G & T Glass, add ice
From the shaker, pour the liquid over the ice in your glass
Top off with Premium Indian Tonic water
To garnish, add a slice of lemon and 1 or 2 of the of the remaining raspbeerries,

You can make chamomile simple syrup really easily! All you need is 50g of refined sugar, chamomile tea bags and 50ml of water. In a pan, add all the ingredients and heat gently. After about five minutes when all the sugar has dissolved, turn the heat off and let the teabag steep in the syrup. Then pour it into a pretty bottle and put it on your cocktail shelf until you are ready to make this amazing gin and tonic! Cheers!
